Data Deletion

Creative Digital Labs is the trade name of Andrew Galle. This page explains how to delete data associated with Creative Digital Labs games, including Backyard Bags on Facebook Instant Games.

Delete progress saved on your device

Game progress — scores, coins, unlocks, and settings — is stored on your device or in the platform's storage for the game. To delete it:

On Facebook: go to Settings → Apps and Websites, find the game (for example, "Backyard Bags"), and choose Remove. This deletes the data the platform holds for your play.
In a web browser: clear the site's stored data (cookies and site storage) for the site where you play the game.

Request deletion by email

To request deletion of any other data associated with your play, email hello@creativedigitallabs.com with the subject "Backyard Bags data deletion" (or name the game you're writing about). We will confirm deletion by reply email.

Platform profile information

Basic profile information shown in-game (such as your first name and profile picture) is provided and controlled by the platform you play on — for Facebook, manage it in your Facebook account settings.
