Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Creative Digital Labs ("we", "our") is the trade name of Andrew Galle, an independent game studio in Covington, Louisiana. We make casual games, including Backyard Bags and Ultimate Bowfishing. This policy explains what information our games handle and how it is used.

Information we collect

  • Our games store your progress — scores, unlocks, and settings — on your own device. We do not operate our own account system, and we never ask for your name, email address, or password inside a game.
  • When you play on a platform such as Facebook Instant Games, the platform may share basic profile information (such as your first name and profile picture) with the game so it can display them to you during play. We do not sell this information.
  • Our games may show ads provided by platform partners (such as Meta Audience Network). Those partners may use device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads, under their own privacy policies.
  • If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, and use them only to respond to you.

How we use information

Information is used only to run the game, save your progress, display your in-game identity, show ads, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to build marketing lists.

Data retention and deletion

Progress stored on your device is removed when you clear the game's stored data or remove the game. To request deletion of any other data associated with your play, see our data deletion instructions or email us at hello@creativedigitallabs.com.

Children

Our games are general-audience casual games and are not directed at children under 13.
